In this 200-bed medical center, you’ll find robust service offerings from Perioperative, Critical, and Inpatient care, to Advanced Oncology and Specialty Service lines. Outpatient services range from Primary Care / Family Medicine to Radiation Therapy, Dialysis / Renal Care, and so much more. The Hospital Marketing Director will join an organization known for its commitment to community health and high-quality outcomes.
Reporting to the Regional Vice President of Business Development, the Director of Hospital Marketing will play a significant and complex role in the continued growth of this organization. You’ll get opportunities to collaborate with the entire executive team, the board of directors, many hospital leaders, and community organizers in the development of a successful market strategy that will grow the system.
The Director will lead strategic operations around developing the targeting, messaging, and evaluation plan for an incredibly diverse marketing mix. Addressing the market using traditional and innovative techniques alike, the Director of Marketing will strive to grow the organization’s reach and refine its value proposition.
Working closely with the Director of Donor Relations to identify synergies between the Fundraising and Marketing functions, the Marketing Director will have opportunities to impact the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization’s communications and messaging. You’ll help plan, implement, and evaluate the ‘4 Ps’ of the organization, maximizing reach and concentration of messages to donors and patients alike.
