A Day in the Life
Coaching - 40%
Build meaningful and trusting relationships with our diverse trainee population by delivering personalized, constructive, engaging and motivating 1:1 communication.
Lead and coach customers in developing a plan to achieve their academic and career goals.
Educate the customers on the academic policies and procedures.
Troubleshooting - 40%
Communicate with customers using active listening to discover and resolve underlying concerns and obstacles.
Respond to and/or initiate technical troubleshooting sessions with customers - via phone, email and chat sessions.
Effectively communicate technical information to non-technical customers.
Data Analytics - 10%
Collect and analyze customer feedback to help improve the customer experience.
Record accurate and organized customer data within the account management system.
Ad Hoc Duties - 10%
Contribute as an individual and a team member to work towards our Mission and Core Values.
Complete all post-enrollment communications with customers in a prompt and efficient manner.
To be successful in this role you will need the following education, competencies, and skills.
Education: Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional experience
