As a G&A Recruiter you are vital to the overall success of the organization. This individual will have an incredible grasp on how to manage a full life cycle recruiting process with a technology company. In this, you'll need to build a strategic partnership with the business unit hiring managers to ensure a talented pipeline of candidates.
You Will
Collaborate with teams to deeply understand hiring needs
Manage the entire recruiting process and act as a candidate/hiring manager advocate
Evaluate skill level and help manage the offer process
Negotiate offers by partnering with hiring managers and executive management
Create and own a flawlessly positive candidate experience
Provide strategic guidance, education, and calibration techniques
Manage the day-to-day focus of any Sourcers assigned to support your recruiting efforts
Leverage an ATS, Workday is desirable, to track candidate progress through the funnel and keep consistently clean data for reporting
You Have
3+ years of sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally from both agency and corporate environments
Direct experience working across multiple geographical locations and a passion to grasp new technologies
Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table
Experience working effectively and communicate with people of all levels
Exceptional teamwork, high attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple reqs
Proven track record of leading, advising, and influencing executive leadership
BS/BA Degree is desirable
