Golder is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our Roseville, CA office. In this role the successful candidate will provide administrative support for the group.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
Provide administrative support to the Office Lead
Front desk/reception coverage, greet guests and vendors, be the "first impression" of office
Meeting support, book conference rooms, arrange food, or other meeting support
Office facilities oversight
Ensure the office and meeting rooms are neat, tidy, and professionally presented
Filing, copying, scanning, and transmitting of documents
Editing and formatting of letters, reports, proposals, spreadsheets, and other documents
Using Adobe Professional to create and compile PDF documents from MS Office applications
Opening opportunity, proposal and project numbers using Oracle CX
General assistance to other Administrative Assistants as required
Required:
One year of experience providing administrative support in a professional office environment
High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Advanced Microsoft application skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of SharePoint and Oracle would be an asset
Excellent spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills
Team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
Willingness to learn and implement systems
Attention to detail and ownership of delegated tasks
Excellent organizational skills (record keeping, time management, follow up)
Good communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing)
Good problem-solving skills with the initiative and ability to identify alternative solutions
Knowledge of engineering consulting and/or related industries would be an asset
Desired
Graduate of business administration diploma preferred
