YOUR ROLE

• The NPI manager is responsible cross functional collaboration of formula and packaging development.
• Timeline management, cost target adherence, and risk mitigation are key factors for the role.
• The NPI manager will be responsible for master data accuracy, zero trial purchases and initial launch orders.
• The NPI has daily interaction with brand teams, RD, Planning, logistics, contract manufacturers, packaging suppliers etc.
• Formula development/tracking with R&D and contract manufacturing Sourcing/developing packaging Working with brands to mitigate risks

YOUR SKILLS

• Bachelors Degree
• Proficient in Excel SAP knowledge a requirement
• Project Management experience
• Packaging development / packaging engineering
