Internally support activities of the National Account Managers, specifically to maintain the specs in the National Account Database related to product and forecasting. Works with the NAM to establish forecasts based on client's construction schedules or other supporting data relating to planned projects. Occasionally supports "special project" activities involving NA pricing initiatives and salesforce project tracking.; Directly supports the National Account Manager,

Provide general administrative support to the National Account Managers including but not limited to maintaining and updating the National Accounts database, conducting client research regarding construction schedules and planned expansion, updating tile guides and order forms as needed.
Analyzes National Account client's construction schedules or planned project reports to assist the inventory specialist in planning inventory
Provides support to the NAM and acts as a liaison to the Inventory Specialist by identifying customer solutions, ensures customer requests for inventory are fulfilled and or planned for

Associates degree in business preferred but not required. 3 - 5 years customer service experience. Working knowledge of Daltile | Marazzi | American Olean Tile, Natural Stone, Quartz and related products. Understanding of the construction process and store rollout requirements ideal. Requires strong communication and program management skills along with excellent product knowledge

Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong customer service orientation, problem solving and the ability to multi-task. Familiarity with Microsoft Office software including proficiency in Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint and ability to learn internal logistics systems. Knowledge of product estimating and take offs is a ideal. Potential to develop strong management skills.

No travel required. This position requires a flexible and open attitude and desire to expand experience and qualifications, as needed.
