May Adult Services is looking for a qualified Behavior Analyst / Assistant Clinical Director to provide a range of clinical and program monitoring along with support activities under the supervision of the Director of Clinical Services.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Work in residential settings
  
  


• 
  Develop, monitor, and review data collection
  
  


• 
  Develop and implement behavior plans
  
  


• 
  Train staff in behavior support procedures
  
  


• 
  Participate in clinical team and program review meetings
  
  


• 
  Participate in research projects as assigned
  
  


• 
  Administer and analyze functional assessments
  
  


• 
  Work with teams that include staff, funding agencies, families, and clinical practitioners
  
  


• 
  Maintain highest standards of clinical ethics
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor's degree with relevant experience; Master's degree preferred
  
  


• 
  Background in Applied Behavior Analysis; BCABA or BCBA required
  
  


• 
  Experience with adults with developmental disabilities and mental illness
  
  


• 
  Proficient writing and computer skills
  
  


• 
  Ability to work independently
  
  


• 
  Frequent travel throughout Western MA
  
  


• 
  Knowledge of PBIS preferred
