Position Description:
This individual is expected to be self-directed and require minimal supervision to qualify Crystal engineering manufactured product to ensure that they meet our specification and our customer expectations. Understanding of industry standards and specifications, ability to follow and test methods, and create clean and accurate documentation is required. Duties will also include participation in operations planning, scheduling, and quality system support.
• Utilize calibration hardware and software as required to achieve desired product results and maintain production yields
• Write clear, concise, and accurate work instructions as required
• Support accuracy of Bills of Material, Routings, and Part Number accuracy and part usage within Oracle
• Maintains created quality records and information according to CEC’s quality system
• Identifies, builds, and maintains test fixtures where appropriate
• Manage maintenance of equipment and machinery
• Inspection of non-conforming production, including tracking of yield and failure mode
• Inspection of pre identified parts for incoming inspection prior to production
• Recommend any necessary process changes to improve overall quality of finished product
• Elevate to management issues that will impact production schedule or the quality of unit produced and request appropriate support when necessary
• Follow all safety regulations and requirements

Position Requirements:
• Minimum of three years’ technical experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office including, Word, Excel, Outlook. Oracle or other ERP knowledge preferred.
• Advanced math skills (i.e., Algebra) with the ability to understand measurement uncertainties.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers and colleagues when required.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
• Ability to follow workplace safety standards.
• Excellent interpersonal skills under stressful situations.
• Ability to organize and prioritize.
