We are looking for a committed candidate to join our team as a Supported Vocational Front Line Supervisor (FLS). Candidate needs to be willing to work on a team, provide passionate care, and help others achieve their goals within CSN's supported vocational setting. CSN's vocational setting is directed toward supporting individuals towards having a meaningful day in a variety of ways which includes developing job skills, participating in volunteer opportunities and exploring and participating in other community opportunities.
Our most successful FLS' are engaged in continuous coaching and development of each valued employee through positive motivation, assertiveness, accountability, relationship building and decision making using critical thinking skills while managing and overseeing a residential site(s) for individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or mental health needs. Our Managers coach our employees and support and advocate for the individuals we support. We want engaged employees to help drive our growth and opportunities.
CSN Omaha is currently offering a $700 Hiring Bonus for anyone who applies by 10/14/21 and is successfully Hired. New Hire Bonus is paid out in 3 installments: $200 at time of hire (first payday), $200 at 3 months of employment and all training complete and $300 at 6 months of employment.
