Position Overview:

The Business Advisor will be responsible for solving complex client problems with expertise that compliments others in the firm and helps strengthen the dynamic organizational culture of BerganKDV. Success will be defined by total client value and client retention.

Responsibilities:

Build client relationships
Work closely with CEO's and client owners to solve complex issues and drive results
Consultant on strategic topics important to the client
Identify and implement innovative ideas
Ensure projects are being completed in the most effective operational way to serve clients and create revenue

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business; MBA/Master's degree preferred
Advanced designations a plus
Executive or management experience
10+ years of client management experience with a record of high achievement a plus
Significant personal brand in your area of practice
Ability to travel
Experience successfully managing vendor relationships
High performing and goal oriented
Strategic thinker and creative problem solver
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-disciplined / sense of urgency
Positive outlook and attitude
Team player and ability to build rapport with team members
Always getting better / continuing education improvements
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft office products
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Passion for helping others
