The Senior Manager, Architecture Delivery & Governance will lead over architecture strategy, design, delivery and governance to enable and accelerate Digital Health Platform ecosystem.

The Digital Health Platform enables worldwide monitoring and management of 2.5M and growing cardiac patients across 80 geographies around the world. A Day in the Life

In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Leading architecture organization to deliver on current and next generation of digital products and platform capabilities.
• Aligning and transforming architecture organization to focus on strategic technology capabilities that will enable better user experience and outcomes for millions of patients and clinicians globally.
• Building deep domain architecture foundation and roadmaps to leverage latest technology trends to align with product and ecosystem strategies and next generation architecture. Technical domains include Integration, API & Microservices, Data, AI/Machine Learning, Security, IoT/Edge, Mobile, DevOps and Cloud.
• Establishing an agile architecture governance approach and transparency that will help generate awareness, understanding and consistent architecture delivery across product, domain and solution architecture practices.
• Driving architecture and technology invest decisions and reconciling strategic vs tactical trade-offs.
• Directing the development of new architecture concepts from initial design to business case funding.
• Monitoring documentation maintenance throughout all phases of research and development in adherence to verification, validation and quality practices and standards.
• Proactively engaging with stakeholder management with upstream marketing, engineering, quality, other Operating Unit counterparts and IT organization.
• Ensuring the health of the organization. Mentor, develop and hire talent to adapt to rapidly changing technology landscape in the area

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors degree required
• Minimum of 7 years of enterprise architect or domain architect experience with 5+ years of managerial experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience

• 10+ years as enterprise architect or domain architect across multiple domains in global organization
• 4+ years of organization leadership experience, including product management, R&D and/or technology management
• 3+ years of full lifecycle technical product R&D experience with software, cloud, data and IoT/sensor devices.
• Demonstrated experience in developing digital system architectures
• Demonstrated success in complex negotiations and matrixed environments
• Strong background in complex selling situations, and ability to cultivate and maintain executive relationships
• Knowledge of Cardiology and the medical device business
• Experience delivering data strategies and data-enabled solutions to market.
• Excellent collaboration and delivery across a matrix organization; demonstrated ability to develop partnerships and inter-organization influence skills.
• Experience working with global teams cross functionally in a matrixed and global organization
• Master's in engineering, technical discipline, or MBA, preferred.
