Assists Product Manager(s) with strategic marketing initiatives, planning and execution. Projects will include assisting with literature/media development, special promotions and data analysis. Also works closely with corporate marketing to promote product line(s) using a variety of media. Acts as a marketing resource throughout the business unit.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate updating of websites and other electronic media (e.g. CAPS) for the Architectural Products business unit. Make recommendations for improvements and ensure that the site information is up to date.

  • Lead projects to expand digital content supporting the business unit (e.g. installation videos, blog posts, webinars, animations and social media).

  • Analyze existing marketing collateral to identify and improve current processes when needed.

  • Develop new marketing collateral (e.g. catalogs, installation and maintenance manuals, product submittals and case studies).

  • Help create presentations using PowerPoint (and/or other presentation tools) to support our sales efforts.

  • Coordinate articles and blogs to be used as Update and Application Guide for publication.

  • Assist with promotional literature including advertorials, magazine ads, rep promotions, and press releases. Assist with product shows and product displays to effectively promote and demonstrate product and company capabilities. Provide data analysis and market research as it relates to product sales and forecasting.

  • Identify target audience(s) and develop creative content to support key marketing initiatives.

Business Unit Specific Duties & Responsibilities:


  • This unique opportunity allows the candidate to interact with three separate sales channels within the Architectural Products business unit.

  • Coordinate customer facing system (CAPS) enhancements and updates.

Job Qualifications:


  • Work requires technical or specialized training such as that would be acquired in the first 2 - 4 years of college or technical school.

  • Work requires either experience or a willingness to rapidly learn and become proficient in desktop publishing tools such as Adobe InDesign.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc...)

  • Proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) reporting or a willingness to rapidly become proficient in BI reporting
