Otter Products is currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Specialist to joing our Digital Marketing team! You can be based 100% remote in the US or in our offices in Fort Collins, CO or San Diego, CA.
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will support our digital marketing strategy by leading or supporting key projects through the digital disciplines. You will help set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign or project performance for assigned brands. You will serve as a key partner for internal cross-functional teams (eComm, Analytics, IT, Brand, etc.) and external vendors/agencies (Google, Facebook, Media AOR, etc.), leveraging the latest research, tools and digital strategies to support the business. Responsibilities
Lead SEO strategy for DTC and B2B websites (subject to change once improvements have been established)
Proactively recommend ways to better scenario plan, execute, optimize and measure SEO improvements
Support broader digital initiatives including but not limited to, evaluating agency recommendations for tactical excellence, ensuring data governance, asset list development, keyword research, reporting, etc.
Proactively contribute toward financial modeling exercises to help forecast results of particular programs
Support Sr Digital Marketing Specialists and Manager in vendor relationships (Facebook, Google, Snap, Twitter, TikTok, MOZ, etc.), as well as agency of record relationships (Media & Measurement).
Proactively review and curate key consumer research, business insights and industry trends to share broadly in an effort to influence key cross-functional teams to make meaningful improvements/change
Work closely with Brand leads to evaluate marketing needs and ensuring timely requests for, and delivery of, creative assets and more project managing every detail and deliverable from brief, to execution, to wrap reports for all campaigns
Assist in strategy and planning sessions, including but not limited to, market research analysis, revenue forecasting, sales team support, new product development and more
Utilize attribution models to better understand and communicate the effect of all search/advertising programs as they relate to each other, as well as both offline and online sales
Closely collaborate with Brand, Media, Analytics, eComm and Creative teams to ensure recommendations are strategic, feasible, rooted in data and insights and measurable
Support and educate broader cross-functional teams by providing key digital-led consumer and competitor insights (search trends, audience performance, media consumption habits, share of voice/spend/impression, etc.), technical support for tagging/tracking/measurement, creative best practices as well as ongoing education on the role of digital marketing and the strategic thinking behind a particular program or plan
Collaborate closely with media agency, IT, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, Business Insights, Consumer Insights and more to ensure data is clean (platform API integrations, data mapping, etc.) data governance procedures are adhered to (tagging, tracking, naming conventions, labels, etc.) and reports generate actionable information, connecting to other areas of investment with an emphasis on storytelling at the executive and board of directors level
Advise, mentor, assist and collaborate with global digital marketing and channel marketing teams, to ensure digital programs continue to improve on a global scale
Independently stay up-to-date on industry trends and proactively recommend the latest and greatest, including beta tools, new tech, trending platforms, etc. to improve the effectiveness of advertising investments
Support and maintain a positive safety culture by following all safety policies and procedures and actively contributing to a safe working environment.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Experience in lieu of degree may be considered.
Minimum of three years of digital marketing or relevant experience required.

USD $56,000.00/Yr.
For US Based Roles Only - Compensation Range Maximum
USD $77,000.00/Yr.
