Coord-Security Operations at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee

Job Description:

We have an open opportunity to play a critical role with the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital security team. This position includes significant patient family interactions. The successful candidate in this role will have effective verbal and written communication skills and should be able to clearly summarize and disseminate investigative results and next steps to contract security team members.

This position will additionally be responsible for completing and documentating security investigations, coordinating with contract security staff and security administrative staff, supporting patient care services case conferences and follow-up, and coordinating with contract security staff and associated departments to provide support for special events and VIP guests.

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Eight (8) years' experience in a hospital, government or corporate security program or police organization is required


• Criminal or civil investigation experience is required. Investigation management, training and community relations experience is preferred

• Must have a valid driver's license from the employee's state of residence and be insurable by St. Jude's insurance carrier
