Summary:

The Health System team is responsible for the overall revenue, network growth and strategy for new Health System and ACO business. The Enterprise Healthcare Lead will be responsible for the orchestration of landing the Bamboo Health relationship, both in brand and revenue. You will be the lead point of contact for those growth efforts, aligning their strategic priorities with aggressive Bamboo Health growth targets.

What You'll Do:

Sales:

  • Manage strategic and tactical plans to deliver Bamboo Health solutions that meet the prospect's business goals:

    • Identify potential business opportunities

    • Effective and creative prospecting to secure meetings

    • Ability to qualify business opportunities, understanding needs, motivations and the "why"

    • Engage executives and other key stakeholders to develop opportunities

    • Manage deal negotiation and contracting - Understand and align planning with prospect's budgeting process and timelines

    • Provide timely and accurate forecasts

    • Communicate clearly and effectively with management regarding risks and upside

    • Meet or exceed the target associated with book of business

    • Contact Management

      • Ensure all required contact information in SFDC is current, accurate, and appropriate for all levels of the prospect organization, with particular focus on internal senior levels

      • Ensure that SFDC accurately reflects products purchased and implemented



    • Collaborate on sales & marketing efforts with internal team

    • Lead commercial growth and "own" the strategic and tactical plans to drive growth within the assigned territory.


Prospect Strategy:

  • Understand the prospect's near and long term strategic priorities and organizational goals, business objectives, challenges, and capabilities in order to develop a prospect-specific strategy and tactical delivery plan that incorporates:

    • Roadmap to achieve prospect's goals, including but not limited to operational and regulatory imperatives; e.g.:

      • CMS Condition of Participation

      • Value Based Care (Commercial Risk, MSSP, Bundles, etc.)

      • EHR Integration

      • Health System Strategic goals (Readmissions, Network Utilization, etc.)

      • Network/Community Strategy



    • Prospect revenue model, budget cycle, power structure, influencers (relational heat map), and political dynamics

    • Understand community and local market; competitors, network challenges, partners in the community

    • Current and future product and technical capabilities


  • Maintain rolling 30/60/90 day tactical plans, along with longer term strategic timelines
    • This may include analysis of territory, strategy on effective outreach, sales campaigns, social media efforts, and/or other

What You Need:


  • Proven track record of success in achieving and/or exceeding measurable performance goals (3+ years)

  • Experience selling complex accounts / enterprise business solutions

  • Skilled writing & presentation skills

  • Strong work ethic to manage a large and varied workload

  • High Empathy, self-awareness, and respect for others

  • Strong sense of team and demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively to develop productive & effective working relationships

  • Intellectual curiosity & innovation

  • Gritty optimism

  • Healthcare experience is preferred

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Must be able to travel frequently (i.e., 50-75%)
