We are looking for talented Health Product Implementation Consultants who will be working with one of the leading health solution providers in the US.

Work Responsibilities:

• Implement client's health product and streamline workflow and identify process related efficiencies.


• Gather requirements from end client and client data in a timely manner


• Work with end clients on a regular basis until all client data is in place


• Configure client's health products based on client requirements and prepare implementation plan


• Implement client products based on implementation plan


• Perform qualitative analysis of backlogged cases to identify reasons/cause for delay and identify solution options


• Re-engage client leadership, prepare client for change management and attempt to recapture lost revenue


• Review and improve on current process and timeline for health implementations; Build success metrics and capacity planning model.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of professional experience configuring and implementing Health care products for Hospitals and Health professionals


• Excellent communication and client coordination skills


• The ideal candidate should have the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and knowhow to collaborate effectively with domain experts, business and IT leadership team.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a software related discipline. A Master's degree in a related field is an added plus.


• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience with strong working knowledge on healthcare products for at least 6 years.
