We are looking for talented Health Product Implementation Consultants who will be working with one of the leading health solution providers in the US.
Work Responsibilities:
Implement client's health product and streamline workflow and identify process related efficiencies.
Gather requirements from end client and client data in a timely manner
Work with end clients on a regular basis until all client data is in place
Configure client's health products based on client requirements and prepare implementation plan
Implement client products based on implementation plan
Perform qualitative analysis of backlogged cases to identify reasons/cause for delay and identify solution options
Re-engage client leadership, prepare client for change management and attempt to recapture lost revenue
Review and improve on current process and timeline for health implementations; Build success metrics and capacity planning model.
Requirements:
6+ years of professional experience configuring and implementing Health care products for Hospitals and Health professionals
Excellent communication and client coordination skills
The ideal candidate should have the ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. The ideal candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and knowhow to collaborate effectively with domain experts, business and IT leadership team.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a software related discipline. A Master's degree in a related field is an added plus.
Minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience with strong working knowledge on healthcare products for at least 6 years.
