Position Description:
Remove burrs, sharp edges, and machining marks. Deburr piece parts to drawings. Utilize exacto knife and microscope as required. Buff and hand polish parts. Perform in a safe and productive manner in compliance with safety policies and procedures. Perform other duties as required by supervisor and management.
Participate in cross-training efforts to acquire additional skills and knowledge for advancement.

Position Requirements:
Good vision, natural or corrected and excellent hand dexterity. Ability to use tools such as micrometers, calipers, and microscope. Ability to perform in a production environment with unusual conditions such as high volume of noise level, continuous operation of machinery and equipment, oil mist, dust and temperature changes. Ability to repeatedly lift objects weighing from 10-15 Lbs. and occasionally up to 25 lbs. Must be flexible in regard to overtime and week-end work schedules.
