YOUR ROLE

• Lead the development and execution of the NA Region savings pipeline for Logistics (Transportation, Warehousing and Customer Logistics) both within Logistics as well as across the broader supply chain organization, including Planning, Manufacturing, Customer Operations, Master Data, IT and Engineering


• Project Manager for delivery of $5-10MM in savings initiatives


• Project Manager for delivery of capability expansion to support NA growth agenda, e.g. efulfillment/eCommerce


• Coach, train, and guide the broader team in lean methodology and tools


• Design and implement logistics process improvements that delivery strides in key logistics metrics like


• 
  Delivery/OTIF, Savings and Safety
  
   

YOUR SKILLS

• 5 years minimum experience, with preference given to transportation and logistics experience, particularly in the FMCG /retail CPG industry or at an OEM/3PL Distribution company


• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline, Black or Yellow Belt preferred


• Sound understanding of SAP, data mining, and the ability to deliver insights from large quantities of data


• Fundamental skills in MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point, Visio, and Tableau/Power BI reporting are preferred
