Work experience required: 5 – 8 yrs

Skill set: Discovery domain knowledge, Validation process knowledge, Business Analysis

Must have skill:

• Discovery / Research domain knowledge and assay automation and data management understanding


• Knowledge on screening software’s in the high throughput domain


• Business English skills


• Domain and technical skills relevant to domain area(s)


• Strong written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.


• Knowledge of Life Sciences domain knowledge, Information Security, GxP and SOX Regulatory

Good to have:

• Experience working for research domain


• Experience working with business analysis, validation and consulting work

Responsibilities:

• Assess, gather support requirements, perform technical review and propose a Hybrid support and futuristic DevOps model for Assay Automation & Data Management


• Assumes responsibility for the quality and timeliness of the team’s deliverables


• Provide full stack services and drive the change management


• Provide program execution, governance framework and process to minimize the risks given the partner ecosystem and collaboration/coordination required across multiple groups. Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand Assay automation and data management requirements


• Understand the support Pain points/ challenges


• Understand and assess varied  data touch points from manual or instrumental processes


• Identify the Assay automation and data management requirements, applications and process of adding a new automation


• Define solutions for systematic assay data capture of scientific/non-scientific data


• Align digital capability to BMS operating model & review and confirm pre requisites to ensure Security, Validation and infrastructure alignment


• Define the levers for change management plan and data governance


• Build consensus and fine tune Information.


• Identify Interim Hybrid model and future DevOps model


• Finalize support model and transition plan for business to IT.


• Prioritize projects based on business value and feasibility


• Socialize short term, medium term and long term actions


• Provides detailed and timely status updates to management;


• Acts as a highly competent advisor to their manager, leads and team
