We are seeking a Ambulatory Access Education Specialist to:
Education:
Minimum – College level coursework (relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of).
Preferred – Bachelor’s degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or
related field strongly preferred.
Work Experience:
Minimum – Two (2) to four (4) years of progressive patient scheduling, registration, or contact center experience.
Preferred –
Licenses and Certifications:
Preferred – Certification or Proficiency in Epic Cadence or Prelude. Proficiency in Epic ARCR for scheduling.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
Physical Requirements:
Light: Ability to lift up to 20 pounds maximum with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

Work Schedule:
100% FTE, 40 hours per week. Shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
