Type: Full-Time
-Ensures that equipment and personnel stay on the right‐of‐way.
-Ensures receipt of approved‐for‐construction drawings depicting right‐of‐way, all permits and documents describing environmental commitments and requirements, rules and regulations regarding fish and wildlife, and demonstrates knowledge of any other special provisions or restrictions.
-Cooperates and works closely with right‐of‐way inspectors and construction contractor representatives.
-Ensures adherence to and enforces safety policies, rules, and regulations.
-Prepares the appropriate reports for the assigned activity and submits reports to the Chief Inspector at the designated time.
Minimum Qualifications:
-A combination of experience in pipeline inspection, industrial construction, and pipeline construction of at least three (3) years
-Knowledge of and familiarity with ASME B31.8
-API 1169 Certification
-Obtain and maintain required Operator Qualifications b) Specific Accountabilities:
-Required to perform all duties of stub service completion on applicant-installed work including squeezing, grounding, mechanical fitting installation ½" through 1", and purging (All which OQ-covered tasks). See Appendix 2
-Perform Pipe-to-Soil reads in accordance with Standards use Digital Multi Meter (DMM) and Copper-Copper Sulfate Portable Reference -- Electrodes to actualize readings.
