Ecommerce will continue to grow globally - consumers' demands are evolving, fueled by economic shifts and easy to use technology. There is a recent and massive shift in how CPG's are going to market - engaging with consumers at each digital touchpoint, leveraging data and driving omnichannel execution. General Mills Digital & Technology department is developing a best in class Product Content Management capability to accelerate growth of ecommerce channel. Product Information Capabilities team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst that will play the critical role of linking business objectives to core technological capabilities. This role will drive organized and effective requirements to build the product. They will be responsible for collecting requirements from business, establishing processes, and coordinating the work with our technical development team This team member will also likely have accountabilities in coordinating work with both strategic and technical consulting 3rd parties.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Expand the technical leadership in the General Mills Data Management organization, including Product MDM and Digital Product Publishing (PIM)


• Expand our Stibo MDM and PIM solutions including the architectural design, integration to SAP and non-SAP systems


• Collaboratively develop the technology & capability roadmaps for Product Data at General Mills


• Collaboratively define overall MDM and PIM standards, guidelines, and best practices


• Participate in the evaluation, implementation and deployment of tools and processes


• Partner with business analysts and enterprise architects to develop technical architectures for global expansion


• Analyze business requirements; construct the processes and data flows to support the requirements


• Lead design, code & process review sessions to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, and performance guidelines


• Collaboratively troubleshoot technical and performance issues in the MDM & PIM STEP

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree


• Hands on Experience configuring and enhancing Stibo Step Trailblazer version 9.3 and above


• Hands on Experience integrating Stibo platform with upstream and downstream systems through IIEP,OIEP and Gateway endpoints (REST API)


• Experience developing XSLT stylesheets


• Experience leading / working with teams in an agile setting as an analyst


• Experience working as an Analyst and as a Technology lead on large technology implementation project


• Experience working with Content Syndication Partners for Publishing data to retailers and GDSN


• Experience working directly with business clients to design an IT solution that meets business requirements, including articulating the pros and cons of various technologies, platforms and architectural options, and documenting use cases, solutions and recommendations


• Excellent problem solver with ability to lead the team to push the solution


• Ability to research, plan, organize, lead, and implement new processes or technology


• Strong communication skills with ability to present complex messages and trade-offs and tell a compelling story


• Able to articulate business requirements and bridge the gap with development teams and stakeholders.


• Experience with change management

• Exposure to Product Information Management Systems (PIM/MDM)


• Experience with Data Syndication partners


• Exposure to GDSN Standards


• Experience in Digital Shelf Audits


• Comfortable in ambiguity
