Job Duties


  • Lead end-to-end change management activities within a structured process framework.

  • Prioritize & filter changes, basis on the urgency & impact of the change.

  • Ensure all technology change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

  • Create and implement technology change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.

  • Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.

  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.

  • Provide oversight and support to change management with regular engagement and involvement in key projects through milestone reviews.

  • Monitor and report critical risks and issues.

  • Conduct post-change implementation reviews to assess the performance of the change request.

  • Conduct Change Management Service Reviews forum to review overall Change Management performance with users and stakeholders.

  • Prepare reports on monthly change and present them in monthly reviews with FAA.\

Requirements


  • A Bachelor's degree specializing in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Science, or Business Administration, or related area

  • 6-8 years of experience in change and organizational transformation management in the IT and technology sector.

  • Large scale change management experience related to technology and IT in organizations

  • Experience in driving faster technology adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees

  • Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of organization

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • Ability to obtain Public Trust

  • Current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
