Job Description:

JOB PURPOSE:The Graphics Installer position is primarily responsible to ensure graphic installs are completed accurately and within the required completion deadlines We are looking for EXPERIENCED Installers . We are offering up to a $2000.00 sign on bonus ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Prepare vehicles for installation of vinyl decals, lettering and wrapsInstall vinyl decals on various vehicles and other surfacesInstallation may be in our facility or a customer's facilityAssist team with decal production as needed WORK ENVIRONMENT & PHYSICAL ABILITIES:Comfortable with heights (climbing ladders, scaffolding, etc.)Ability to successfully pass a General Abilities Assessment and Post-offer background check, physical and drug screeningAbility to accurately read ruler measurementsAbility to operate simple to complex and heavy-duty machinery REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:High school diploma or equivalent.Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing.Graphics installation experience a plusExcellent verbal communication skillsCustomer-focusedDetail-orientedExcellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and prioritize accordingly Excellent interpersonal skills to work with customers and co-workersDemonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization in a team-oriented environmentProven track record of effective process management and improvementAbility to handle multiple priorities, and identify creative solutions to problemsDemonstrated history of taking initiative, meeting commitments and assisting in the creation of new tools or solutions High level of energy, personal accountability and integrityProfessional in attire and demeanorStrong knowledge of Google Docs and Smart SheetsAbility to follow documented proceduresAbility to install graphics packages with zero defectsAbility to achieve install time deadlinesEnsure all equipment is operated in a safe mannerMaintain a neat and orderly work area, ensuring all materials, tools and equipment are in their proper place and the work area is clean and free of debris and clutterEnsure all tools and equipment are returned at end of day to the proper location; ensure all assigned work areas are ready for start of next shiftExperience installing vinyl decals or vehicle wraps requiredCertified in vinyl installation preferredAbility to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
