Job Title: Project Support Team 1st Line Manager (INSTSV-BF-09082021-001)
Introduction:
Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions is seeking a manager to join our team in Durham, NC to lead a Installation Project Support Team. The Project Support, 1st line manager focuses on identifying, developing, and implementing process efficiencies to ensures excellent customer service, accuracy of tracking and documenting assigned task, and timely status reporting. In addition, the manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, monitors SLAs and focus on improving processes and customer satisfaction rates. This position will work closely with the Project Management Teams, functional teams, and leadership to ensure and assist in driving business growth and performance. Must be in Raleigh/Durham Area.
Responsibilities:
Collaborates with The Installation Services leadership and project management teams to develop monthly forecasts to meet our strategic goals.
Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
Create recommendations to be presented to management and executives
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
Provide analysis of trends and recommend actions for optimization
Recommend actions through analyses and proposed changes in methods and materials
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and dashboards
Participate and contribute to continuous improvements
Works with the Installation Services leadership and project management teams to ensure project deliverables, milestones and objectives have been met and are properly documented
Responsible for supporting JSOX controls, training, and maintaining a satisfactory audit posture at all times.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
HS diploma or equivalent experience.
3-5 years of leadership and Project Team Management experience.
Comprehensive understanding of Project Management processes, terminology, and procedures
Ability to manage workload and achieve results with minimal supervision
Excellent and professional communication (written and oral) skills and the ability to quickly build credibility within the organization are necessary while effectively interact with all levels of management
Strong collaboration skills to partner effectively across business units
Planning skills are necessary as is the ability to succeed and prioritize while meeting multiple deadlines
High accuracy and data integrity standards
Ability to work in a team environment while demonstrating organization, self-direction, and strong problem-solving skills.
