JOB NAME:

Machine Operator

SHIFT / WORK HOURS:

G/M Rotating Shift - 6 or 7 Day - Varies Based on Business Conditions.

REPORTS TO:

This position reports to the Production Manager.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES:

Associate will be responsible for the safe operation of dyeing and finishing machines. Duties may include the loading of fabric, continuous monitoring, and unloading of fabric. Visually identify defects and grade fabric according to customer specifications when automated system is not available. Job will require associate to work in high paced work environment.

PAY RATES:

Starting rotating rate at $14.39/hr

PPE REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:

Earplugs (100 Percent of Time)

Steel Toe, Slip Resistant, Waterproof Boots (100 Percent of Time)

Face Shield, Coat, Gloves (Minimal Use)

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidates must score a 17 or higher on Milliken Operator Test.

Internal Candidates must have excellent Attendance.

Associate will need basic computer operational skills.

Associate will be part of plant safety process

PREFERENCES:

Associates should have a Mobile Equipment License
