What you'll be doing...

As a member of the Aerospace, Defense and Marine (AD&M) Marketing team, the Digital Customer Experience Leader is responsible for designing and executing the plan to deliver a best in class Digital Customer experience for customers in AD&M.

This plan will include improving the user experience across relevant portions of TE.com, spearheading the development of tools to simplify the selection, findability and specification of our products; advancing our e-commerce and distributor online presence; improving our quote to order processes, and developing partnerships with third party platform providers.

The ideal candidate must be adept at understanding customer needs and applying them across digital tools for an optimal user experience. He or she must also be technically savvy, both in understanding the nature of our technical product portfolio and in working with IT to build the relevant tools required to meet customers' needs. He or she must be data driven and results oriented, able to think strategically yet will roll up his or her sleeves to personally drive results.

This position will report to the Sr. Director of Marketing for AD&M and will collaborate closely with Business Unit, Segment level, and Corporate teams in IT, Marketing, Product Management, Sales and Engineering.

What your background should look like:

* Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline required
* 5+ years experience in relevant aspects of web / digital customer experience / digital marketing
* eCommerce and online sales / demand generation experience strongly preferred.
* Background in working with technical products strongly preferred.
* Experience working with digital analytics tools to analyze performance.
* Business acumen and understanding of go-to-market strategies.
* Strong reporting and analytics skills with ability to synthesize complex data points into simple business-focused recommendations.
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities and collaborate across functions and teams.
* Previous global experience in a B2B environment preferred.
* Previous management experience preferred.

COMPENSATION
*Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $93,200 - 139,800 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
*Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
*Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
