Delivery Professional at Matthews International in Pell City, Alabama

Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

Our Delivery Professionals are the face of our company and the key representative to our customers. This is a Full Time Delivery Professional position for our Pell City, AL location.

The Delivery Professional can expect to work a Saturday - Wednesday shift (Off thur and fridays); first shift hours.

The Delivery Driver Professional job will include:

*Delivering memorialization products (new caskets) to customers in a company provided vehicle.
*Responsible for delivery and warehouse duties as needed.
*Provide customer service with a smile to our customers.
*Driving Non-Commercial Straight Truck or Vans.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

*Previous driver experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
*Ability to work a few days in week and assisting on weekends as needed.
*Must have current driver's license.
*Ability to pass a DOT Physical and MVR Check.
*Inventory management experience and a CDL is a plus but not required.

*Regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk, hear and see.
*Regularly lift and/or move up to 50+ pounds.
*Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
