The Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator will have the wonderful opportunity to provide hands-on leadership to all staff at this busy surgery center, in addition to maintaining oversight of all daily operations. The ASC Administrator will serve as the quality and risk manager, patient/family member and staff liaison, educator, and budgetary planner. The ASC Administrator will work collaboratively with surgery center physicians and coordinate patient care according to state and regulatory agency requirements. The Ambulatory Surgery Center Administrator will serve as a strong leader and will be supported by an energetic and seasoned group of nursing staff at this facility.
Requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business
- 4-6 years of surgery center management experience
- CASC is highly preferred
- RN with business background also highly preferred
