Duties, Responsibilities & Other
As the Sr. Product Manager, you will:
Craft, socialize and evolve the product vision
Develop product strategy and plans, evaluating opportunities and determining what gets built and delivered to customers
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, operations and executive stakeholders to execute the product vision
Set and meet the goals for your product and team
Sequence the product vision into key components and prioritize tasks
Analyze and prioritize a wide range of opportunities against constraints
Deliver insights to the team to validate direction, inform about customer and market needs, and technical capabilities
Manage multiple products or an entire product portfolio
Successfully execute against a variety of product initiatives across all stages of a product's lifecycle, including early product planning, customer and market research and validation, roadmap planning, product development sprints, testing, product launch, metrics analysis, and post-launch iteration
Drive product functionality for new products and feature areas and innovation in new product categories
Exhibit product leadership demonstrating strong written and verbal communication, ability to articulate and evangelize your product area's vision and strategy, and drive the team to achieve its shared objectives
Directly engage with and influence customers of your product
Operate independently
Mentor junior product managers as the organization grows
Qualifications
Minimum five years of experience in a product management role.
Ability to develop and maintain deep knowledge of customers, data, business, and markets
Demonstrated experience to learn quickly and apply new technologies to solve problems
Bachelor's Degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, design, marketing, business, or related field
Master's Degree in information technology, computer science, marketing, business, or related field or related field is preferred
Agile Certified Product Manager is preferred
