Recruitment Marketing & University Relations Specialist at Lamb Weston is a key member of the Talent Acquisition team. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility, in this role you will help to drive our early career and college recruiting programs and help to further Lamb Weston's recruitment marketing and branding initiatives.
Job Description
In this role you will:
Convey Lamb Weston's employer brand through developing, executing and enhancing our multi-channel recruitment marketing efforts
Build a social media content calendar to maximize the effectiveness of our social media efforts
Bring innovative ideas to our recruitment marketing efforts and develop relationships with key external vendors
Assist with development of our talent network and work with the team to maximize our exposure to potential candidates
Assist with generating reports for various campaigns, analyzing the data and suggesting opportunities for improvement
Stay abreast of recruitment marketing, employer branding and digital media trends
Develop relationships at our strategic universities to find the best and brightest talent to work at Lamb Weston
Coordinate activities and logistics for our intern cohort
Source, screen and evaluate candidates for various early career or intern roles at Lamb Weston
Be proactive to develop strategies for engaging with our candidates pre and post-hire
Guide the Employee Value Proposition to execution and implementation
Job Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, talent acquisition or related field
Bachelor's degree in related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills; excellent grammar and punctuation
Must be a self-starter and a problem solver
Experience working with a cross-functional team
1+ years of experience managing and publishing content on corporate social media channels
1+ years of experience in copywriting and storytelling
Ability to deliver time-sensitive projects by successfully prioritizing
Ability to coordinate logistics and engage with entry-level and college student prospects
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Experience in employer branding and recruitment marketing
