The Recruiting Coordinator plays a pivotal role ensuring that we hire the best possible talent at Lamb Weston. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition and Global Mobility, in this role you will efficiently and effectively provide support to the Talent Acquisition team and to our exceptional candidates to seamlessly ensure that everyone is treated to a personalized experience.
Job Description
This is an administrative role with responsibilities including:
Work closely with the recruitment team, hiring managers, Human Resource Business Partners, and candidates
Partner with the recruitment team to create a marketing material that will be used during the recruitment process
Schedule candidate interview travel arrangements and assist with expenses
Schedule interviews, follow-up calls and other meetings as requested for internal and external stakeholders
Own the background check process
Work with our HRIS team to optimize our Workday ATS system and provide resources as required
Respond to all inquiries to our Talent Team inbox
Resolve Talent Acquisition tickets
Create and distribute offer letters as needed
Update/provide interview resources (interview forms, assessments, feedback forms) to candidates, recruitment team and hiring managers
Keep all resources (forms, templates, reports) up to date
Follow up as necessary, with appropriate key stakeholders to ensure service is delivered accurately and on time
Own the recruitment SharePoint site to ensure documents are current, relevant and accurate
Be creative - bring value by sharing ideas that will elevate our service offering
Other administrative duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of recruiting practices and processes
Excellent time management skills with the ability to independently prioritize tasks; high tolerance for managing multiple, competing priorities under tight deadlines
Ability to handle high a level of confidentiality and common-sense regarding employee information
Well-developed problem solving skills and extremely high level of attention to detail; responsible for meeting quality standards
Solid judgement and reasoning skillset
Strong written and verbal communication skills; Excellent grammar and punctuation
Strong client service mindset; confidence in working with level and C-Suite
Strong conceptual thinking skills; Ability to connect the dots
Motivated by accountability for driving toward end goals within a process heavy environment
Proficient computer skills, including Windows, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Exceptional customer service skills and follow through
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a human resources or recruiting environment
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Skills/Experience:
3+ years of experience in a human resources or recruiting environment
