A Customer Service Coordinator will support Outside Sales Representatives by coordinating sales-related activities and administrative duties while promoting customer satisfaction.

Job Duties:

Assists all functions of customer service team
Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures
Offering excellent customer service
Displaying extensive product knowledge
Administers inquiries about products and provide product information to prospective and existing customers
Order Entry and order acknowledgement as required to address customer needs
Creation and distribution of project submittals
Creation and distribution of quotes and contracts
Monitoring and responding to emails from our shared customer service inbox
Answering phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Other tasks as required

Experience & Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Sales, business administration or related field preferred
3-5 years' experience in a sales support or customer service role
Detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to perform detailed work accurately
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong follow through skills are important
Ability to work independently and interact with all levels of management
