Job Summary

Under minimal guidance, administers, reviews, and provides analysis for Associated Bank incentive and commission programs to support Associated Banc-Corp's business strategies and requirements. Responsible for auditing, administering, and analyzing compensation plans for Associated Bank which includes tracking, reporting, and database maintenance and integrity.

Job Accountabilities


  • Answers Incentive Compensation inquiries and provides support in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Compiles, evaluates, and analyzes incentive compensation information and prepares analysis to Sr. Incentive Analyst or Compensation Manager to guide in decision making. Creates measuring tools to assist senior management in monitoring the on-going results of commission plans including costs, key drivers/metrics, and revenue generation.

  • Assists with the development of new plans or changes to existing plans to ensure the plan designs are economically viable for the company.

  • Participates in the development of formal training and communication documentation to provide continual improvement and alignment of incentive plans with business strategies and goals.

  • System administrator for applicable commission and incentive systems. Knowledge of various administrative and systems initiatives supporting the incentive compensation delivery process.

  • Oversight of reporting to participants on incentive results and tracking. Audits all reporting prior to communication to business lines.

  • Communicates with team members and other organizations such as; business line leaders, Human Resources field representatives, payroll, etc. to compile incentive compensation data.

Education


  • Bachelor's Degree Required

Experience


  • 2-4 years Incentive compensation experience with a background in incentive compensation in the financial services industry Required

Acts in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as outlined in training materials, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act. Responsible for reporting suspicious activity to Financial Intelligence. Responsible to report all customer complaints as prescribed and procedure violations to management or HR. Responsible to report ethical concerns as needed to Associated’s anonymous Ethics Hotline.
