Technology Business Services Analyst - Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)
The Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) group within Wells Fargo Technology provides oversight to ensure applications comply with standards and controls throughout an application's lifecycle.
This Technology Business Services Sr Analyst role provides integral support for ALM's efforts to provide effective communication, branding guideline compliance, documentation, and education to the application development community and internal ALM team members about ALM's processes. The role might also assist with work relating to policy, procedures, controls, and metrics.
Primary responsibilities include (not limited to):
Lead or support business routines for all activities related to communication to Technology and enterprise partners which would including creating, publishing and maintaining all communications
Collaborate with subject matter experts to draft, edit and format all documentations web pages, reference materials, notifications, communications, newsletters, and presentations.
Ensure adherence to corporate branding guidelines and standards for all communication and documentation
Lead or support business routines for educational events within ALM and for Technology and enterprise partners
Develop and deliver informational presentations and training materials
Coordinate activities and resources in support of technical initiatives
Implement compliance and risk management requirements for supported area
Assist in monitoring standards and controls in alignment with Technology goals and objectives
Participate in process improvement activities to enhance customer experienceEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and partners

3+ years of technology experience
2+ years of technical writing experience
2+ years of communications experience
1+ year of learning and development experience
1 + years of experience writing and editing internal communications and training-related materials in a corporate environment
Experience managing small technology development efforts within a major line of business
Ability to influence across impacted organization levels, particularly initiative sponsors
2+ years of training delivery and facilitation experience
Experience conducting project meetings, presentations and status reporting
1+ year of project management experience
Solid critical thinking skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
