CAI is seeking a 0365/SharePoint Administrator.
Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee and execute tasks pertaining to the maintenance and administration of O365 with an emphasis on MS Teams, SharePoint,, One Drive and Power Platform - taking direction from Office 365 Practice Lead
Troubleshoot Office 365 related issues and problem resolution
Organize and control permissions
Provide End-User technical assistance for questions and problems
Actively engage with customers to support and resolve technical issues through completion
Develop, foster and maintain highly effective customer interaction
Associates or Bachelor's degree in technology desired
5+ years of hands-on experience with Office 365, Microsoft SharePoint
Experience working with Microsoft Teams
Azure experience is preferred.
MCSA and/or MCSE certification in Microsoft Office 365 is encouraged
Demonstrated experience in Office 365 administration, migration, management and support and of Office 365 implementations
Experience with Microsoft Windows operating system environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and technical troubleshooting skills required
Must have a strong customer focus
Ability to work well as a team member, sharing responsibilities and expertise
Ability to work on varied subjects and to prioritize demands and issues
Open and eager to gain and practice a wide variety of skills
