Support, train, mentor and coach all employees, engineers, and leaders on Honeywell Operating System principles, processes, and tools as defined in the Standard Implementation Framework. You will provide HOS tools and processes to the (SBG) HOS specialist and leaders. You will strategize with the business to ensure continued execution and sustainability of the Honeywell Operating System. You will work across functions to progress the organization through differing gate reviews and ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.
Training of employees
Work to identify and drive productivity projects
Facilitate review meetings
Review of HOS tools
Lead change initiatives
Lead Kaizen events
Provide status reports
Track HOS progress
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Technical Field
5 years of experience in a procurement role in Supply Chain
Certified Lean Expert
Excellent communication skills
3 years of project management experience
2 years leading Kaizen events
Dependability and responsiveness to others
Black Belt Certified
Ability to influence at varying levels of the organization
Ability to independently deliver on complex situations
Ability to lead and motivate high performing teams
