Job Description:

While you are performing the hands-on nursery work you will be exposed to various processes throughout the nursery and will be earning a competitive hourly wage.  When you become an Inside Sales Representative in addition to earning the hourly wage you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program.  As an Outside Sales Representative, you will move on to a commission structure with the potential for earning an excellent income. 1. Complete the hands-on nursery training.


2. Working with Outside sales reps selling in a variety of territories.


3. Provide outstanding customer service.


4. Tour customers visiting the nursery.


5. Meet sales goals set by Inside Sales Coach.


6. Incorporate Monrovia’s “Grow Beautifully” brand message into all sales activities.


7. Attend trade shows to promote brand awareness and sales.
