Job Summary
The Business Manager is an extension of the Leadership Team reporting to the Director, Aircraft Health Management Services and is required to be able to lead a team and offer unique solutions that delivers superior levels of performance that exceed our customers' expectations. The Business Manager will need to be thoughtful in analyzing data, problem-solving, project execution and team-building. The Business Manager will develop a solid understanding of customer processes; as well as, CAMP's internal processes and product portfolio in order to best support operational and team requirements. The Business Manager also serves as contact for improvement analyses and inquires, and provides coaching to a broader of team of maintenance analysts. The Business Manager will support continuous improvement opportunities and appropriately challenge processes to ensure global consistency and advance our services.
