Job Summary


The Business Manager is an extension of the Leadership Team reporting to the Director, Aircraft Health Management Services and is required to be able to lead a team and offer unique solutions that delivers superior levels of performance that exceed our customers' expectations. The Business Manager will need to be thoughtful in analyzing data, problem-solving, project execution and team-building. The Business Manager will develop a solid understanding of customer processes; as well as, CAMP's internal processes and product portfolio in order to best support operational and team requirements. The Business Manager also serves as contact for improvement analyses and inquires, and provides coaching to a broader of team of maintenance analysts. The Business Manager will support continuous improvement opportunities and appropriately challenge processes to ensure global consistency and advance our services.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage key initiatives to achieve business unit vision and cohesion

  • Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business processes against business objectives and develop reliable and efficient solutions to fulfill complex customer and business requirements

  • Measure and optimize customer experiences to ensure delivery of a superior level of performance across all associated products and services

  • Foster and maintain good relationships with customers and colleagues to drive improved customer service levels

  • Conduct data analysis and collaborate in the development of business systems and processes in support of core business functions

  • Act as a leader from start to finish with accountability for successful project delivery within the associated area of responsibility

  • Coordinate and oversee a variety of deliverables across your assigned team


Requirements:



  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Information Technology

  • 7+ years of Business Analysis / Business Systems Analysis experience, with exposure to the aviation industry required

  • Strong management skills, having the ability to develop and mentor a team

  • Strong organization and documentation skills

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and function in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to extract and analyze database information; strong SQL skills to work with large volumes of data

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with a global team
