CohnReznick is looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative that thrives in a fast paced sales environment. You will play a fundamental role in achieving our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives and will support our Client Relationship and Business Development teams. You must be comfortable making numerous of calls per day, driving webinar and event participation, conducting email campaigns and working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and supporting sales. You will be responsible for:
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understand customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives and partners for further development and closure
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects and facilitate cross selling to clients and prospects
Assist field sales team with sales operations, small deal proposals, and CRM hygiene
Team with channel partners and centers of influence to build a sales funnel with a robust opportunity pipeline
You will need:
2+ years of inside sales experience
Strong phone and email presence with experience handling dozens of outbound and inbound calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM
Excellent verbal and written communications skills including leveraging email for prospecting
Strong listening and presentation skills
Active on business oriented social media channels to expand network and develop new targets
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
BA/BS degree or equivalent
