Kids Club Site Supervisor - Roland-Story School at YSS in Story City, Iowa

Job Description:

The Kids Club Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operation, planning, scheduling, and programming for before and after school services at assigned schools. Program target populations range from kindergarten through sixth grade and middle school age participants. Summer programming for kindergarten through sixth grade programs is included along with teacher in-service days and winter and spring breaks. The Site Supervisor is also responsible for working with the Coordinator in scheduling, supervising, and evaluating paid afterschool staff and volunteers in order to help make the experience worthwhile, safe, and educational for the volunteers, staff, and participants. Site Supervisor I - Programs of 20 children or less; Site Supervisor II - Programs of 21-35 children; Site Supervisor III - Programs of 35 children or more.
