Reporting to the Corporate Controller , the position is primarily responsible for managing the financial data of the EvoCharge operations. There will be additional responsibilities for the broader Phillips & Temro Industries organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in monthly reporting of financial results for EvoCharge, including variance reporting to corporate management.
Perform analysis and give guidance to sales, manufacturing, supply chain and process engineering departments.
Responsible for all manufacturing cost accounting activities including cost estimates, inventory valuation and department spend.
Ensures accurate standard costing, provide cost estimates, analyze manufacturing variances, maintain appropriate inventory reserves, and support process improvement.
Support both internal and external audit objectives by evaluating and assuring that related processes have controls in place and are effective and adequate for operational efficiency.
Prepare operating budgets and forecasts for financial planning and to assure accurate overhead costs and direct labor rates.
Produce cost and operational reporting and maintain key performance metrics for internal review meetings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
B.S. Accounting or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of accounting, cost accounting and/or financial analysis experience
ERP experience required; SAP preferred
Prior supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
