Job Description:

In this role, you will assist in the development and support of Commercial Term Lending's sales enablement tool. You'll be responsible for analyzing data, writing requirements, testing, and user support.

An associate in Business Management would be expected to:


  • Partner with product owner and business partners to document technical and data requirements
  • Write and track data use cases to gain Legal, Compliance, and Controls approvals
  • Conduct testing as part of UI and data warehouse releases
  • Provide user training and support
  • Research issues reported by users then escalate to product owner and developers
  • Develop dashboards and reports to measure product performance and success
  • Provide analysis, reporting, and dashboards for sales enablement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or other related area
  • Intermediate experience with SQL, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Experience integrating multiple data sources for analysis and/or reporting
  • Customer and team focused with the ability to maintain good rapport
  • Strong problem solving and issue resolution skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Experience with commercial real estate data (bonus)
