Job Overview

In this role, you will ensure TE Connectivity is able to effectively: attract and engage the best qualitative/diverse talent; reinforce our SET (Strategy, Execution, and Talent) principles; and drive innovation and value for our customers in all markets. As a Project Management Billing Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing and delivering best in class data and analysis to drive strategy as it relates to billing, operations, and indirect labor recruitment efforts. As part of the TA PMO Team Insights pillar, you will also be responsible for managing data governance of Talent Attraction systems/processes in partnership with the HR Business Analytics & Technology team. In this role, you will also have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders (i.e., HR Partners, Finance, Procurement, and External Partners) to support North America & Global Talent Attraction continuous improvement initiatives/projects. Responsibilities
* Oversee Global Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Billing, and N. America Talent Attraction Operations while partnering with the N. America Talent Attraction leadership team
* Conduct business analysis assessments to drive scalability, flexibility, speed, innovation, and I&D solutions.
* Partner with procurement to review/manage job contract documents to ensure performance expectations are met with external suppliers.
* Evaluate external supplier performance according to contractual obligations.
* Create and oversee data reporting analysis to include continued job requisition and billing audits to drive governance, speed, quality, and accuracy.
* Form new methodologies for data analytics and calculations through the use of creativity and automation where possible.
* Ensure processes within the area of responsibility are properly mapped, metrics assigned, monitored, defined, and prioritized/aligned with other HR programs to ensure synergy of initiatives.
* Implement and monitor project schedule to ensure deadlines/deliverables are met.
* Maintain project meeting documentation and distribution including SharePoint site administration and content management for Talent Attraction.
* Collaborate with HR and business leads to implement enterprise-wide strategic initiatives related to recruitment, including process or system implementation
* Use of LEAN/Six Sigma/Agile and project management methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
* Establish a rapport with the process owners and external suppliers to ensure thorough understanding of business needs and delivering best practices by way of a Managed Operating System (MOS)
* Coach, consult and influence business leads and anticipate/mitigate risks to drive change management/advocacy.
* Organize and facilitate process improvement Kaizen events, workshops, process mapping sessions involving all stakeholders of the process in new designs.
* Ensure proper Voice of Customer/Voice of the Business is gathered as part of the initiative prioritization process.
* Foster a customer-focused approach to the design and implementation of HR process and systems.

What your background should look like:

* Bachelor's degree required (preferably in Business/Economics/Finance/Supply Chain or Human Resources); MBA preferred.
* 3+ years project management, billing, or purchasing analytics experience (global experience preferred).
* Experience working in an RPO Talent Attraction structure or exposure to procurement/finance processes/systems preferred.
* PMP, LEAN and/or Six Sigma Certification preferred.
* Advanced proficiency with MS Office 360 (i.e., PPT, Excel, TEAMS, and SharePoint).
* Working knowledge of IT, HR, Data, Financial, Procurement systems (i.e., SAP, Success Factors, Tableau, CRM, Tableau, and Power BI) preferred.
* Exposure and or experience working with programmatic language, coding, and automation tools preferred, not required (i.e., VBA, macros, JavaScript, Power Automate, etc.)
* Comfortable working with ambiguity in a global/matrix environment.
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail coupled with the ability to coordinate multiple projects with competing deadlines.
* Ability to "think outside the box" and "see future state" in order to enhance current processes that can be more efficiently structured
* Customer centricity and demonstrated success working in a cross-cultural environment.
* Strong written and oral communication skills, additional language skills a plus.
* Flexibility to work non-traditional hours with advance notice to support various time-zones.

COMPENSATION
*Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $79,000 - $89,000 (subject to change dependent on physical location)
*Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.
*Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
