The Associate must be a critical thinker who possesses an elevated attention to detail and is unafraid to challenge the status quo. The Associate must also be comfortable conducting independent research of federal guidelines and utilizing program policies and procedures to solve problems and ensure program compliance.
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Public Policy, Law, or a closely related field
Minimum of one (1) year in a professional office setting is preferred
Grant compliance experience is a plus
Superior verbal and written communication skills
