Job Description:

Spectra Tech has an immediate need for a Relocation Support Specialist in Oak Ridge, TN.

Duties:

• Relocation / Travel Services


• Works directly with relocating employees to ensure a successful relocation by providing assistance and direction regarding policy requirements.


• Books reservations as needed for airfare, rental cars, and lodging, ensuring proper use of company credit card.


• Responsible for the review, payment, and accuracy of relocation payments under applicable sections of the FTR and FAR and in compliance with the company's relocation policy.


• Maintains records of all relocation payments and supporting documentation.

Education/Experience: BA/BS Degree plus 2 - 4 years of direct experience required, or MA or MS with 1 - 4 years of experience.
