American Renal Associates, a national provider of quality dialysis services, is experiencing rapid growth and we are searching for the right individuals to help continue our superb performance. We are currently accepting applications for the following position in Franklin, TN & Beverly, MA:



Help Desk Support I


Looking for unique individuals for a tier 1 technical support role in a help desk, call center setup. This individual will possess a technical background in a Windows environment in Desktop / Endpoint device service support. A professional can do attitude with the ability to grasp and comprehend current technologies and support trouble shooting approaches. Must be able to present information effectively and possess a professional and friendly phone manner. To effectively bring all issues to resolution or route to the proper escalation point. This position is responsible for providing technical support services for a large user base, local and remote. A team spirit is required.



Key Responsibilities



  1. Troubleshoot problem areas by providing and facilitating technical support in a timely and accurate fashion and provide end-user assistance where and when necessary. (In person, on the telephone, remote desktop or via e-mail)

  2. Properly escalate complex queries to the next level of support.

  3. The ability to assess, analyze, prioritize and resolve system level software issues or escalate as required.

  4. Ability to determine root cause and invoke corrective action.

  5. May be required to test and image endpoint devises such as desktops and laptops.

  6. Install, configure and maintain Microsoft Windows 7 and 10 systems in an Active Directory environment.

  7. Ensure all tickets are properly documented, including follow up, escalation and resolution.

  8. Ensure all assets are properly tracked within the Inventory tracking system.

  9. Participate in after hours on call rotation for business support, when required.

  10. Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned and delegated.



Qualifications and Experience



  • Associates or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

  • 2-5 years of experience working in a technical role preferred. Prior experience in clinic IT operation is strongly preferred.

  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows ACLs.

  • Possesses the ability to analyze, assess and resolve complex system level software issues.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to read and interpret documents and standardized forms, and to communicate effectively with clients and fellow staff members.




This is a Full-Time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Hours of work may vary according to business needs. Occasional travel may be required (up to 10% of the time).
