Job Summary

The Operations Training Coordinator will be based in Libertyville, IL. In this position, you will responsible for supporting the Operation Department through supporting effective training processes and providing training documentation support following industry standards to facilitate the accomplishment of technical skills in employees.

Here is a glimpse of what you’ll do:


  • Support on-boarding and compliance training sessions for DL and IDL employees.

  • Record and monitor training data.

  • Report data related to training to affected teams and site leadership.

  • Create and support standard work and training practices.

  • Prepares and sorts training documentation and identifies and interprets the training records to be reconciled and tracked.

  • Reviews documentation errors and enters corrections required to support Good Documentation Practices

  • Participate and support internal and external audits to ensure Quality System compliance.

  • Develop teaching aids such as training reference books, training guides, and procedural reference works

  • Validate training effectiveness through the audit process.

  • Develop themselves and others to support organizational readiness.

  • Act as a liaison for “Best Practice” communication across the sites.

  • Publish communications and updates through the established structure and network as necessary.

  • Follows all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by the department.

Here is some of what you’ll need (required):


  • High-school diploma or equivalent

  • Self-directed work ethic

  • Problem-solving and resource management experiences with excellent attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Intermediate-level experience with basic office productivity software (word processing, presentation systems, spreadsheet software, etc…)
