Supply Chain Internship - Summer 2022

Join us for a 10-12-week summer internship where you will have the chance to gain relevant work experience while working with different sectors across our supply chain. Students will have the chance to work collaboratively with various functional groups within Daikin Applied.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and fixing problematic data


• Analyze/implement improved processes


• Data analysis


• Developing/revising supplier metrics


• Engaging with team members across procurement and sourcing divisions


• Learning about risk mitigation within Supply Chain


• Coordinating with other team members


• Documenting work progress


• Participating in department wide meetings

Basic Qualifications

• Undergraduate student (completed sophomore level or higher) pursuing major in Supply Chain Management


• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week for the duration of the internship


• Demonstrated proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)


• Self-motivated & detail-oriented
