Job Description:

Ramp Functions: 

loads, unloads, services, guides, and directs customer aircraft.

Lifts, loads/unloads, sorts & transfers passenger baggage, freight & company material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loader or baggage carts in a safe manner.

Operates and/or drives motorized equipment, such as bely loaders, air start units, lift trucks, pushback tugs, bag cart, lavatory cart and de-icer. or manually push and pull push carts and containers.

Performs wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment in the path of pushback and maintains visual contact with the pushback driver to alert the driver of any danger.

Passenger Service Agent:

Completes activities related to boarding and/or deplaning passengers & associated paperwork and/or computer entires.

keys passenger information into the ticketing reservation system.

assists passengers with reservations, ticketing, and adjustments to itinerary.

Greets passengers and provides necessary travel & gate information.

Keeps passengers informed & makes announcements to ensure importanat information is communicated about thier itineraries, flighst & luggage.

Coordinates with internal resources to ensure passenger information is rpcessed & flights are dispatched safely & ontime.

Lifts or moves passenger luggage onto baggage belt & creates bag labels to ensure proper delivery.

BOTH: all other duties as assigned. Performs other related duties as assigned within the apporpriate skill & experience capabilities expected for this position.
